Incorporate SP Into XP CD

Is the disk XP with any SP...you may want to look at making an instlal disc with at least SP2 incoroprated as I think it wuold solve alot of hardware issues. MLF. Support Net Neutarlity....dont let big business cnotrol YOUR internet ...
